Reverend Marlon R. Graves has been a licensed and certified minister since 2016, beginning his ministry at Turning Point Church under the leadership of Dr. Edward Alexander. Following the pandemic in 2021, he joined New Hope International Ministries, where the late Pastor Lamar P. Jamerson Sr. (RIP) mentored him to lead outreach initiatives and serve as Community Liaison, championing change and engagement under Pastor Johnson’s leadership until his passing.
Since June 2025, Reverend Graves has served in an executive role with The Heart of Hope Ministries under Sr. Pastor Roger E. Franklin, working alongside Executive Pastor Randal Georges to advance a vision of outreach and community engagement across Southwest Missouri’s most underserved neighborhoods.
Reverend Graves specializes in evangelistic work within low-income communities, focusing on building structure, consistency, and hope through faith-based initiatives. His unwavering commitment to mentoring at-risk young adults drives his mission to empower individuals and strengthen communities through practical support, spiritual guidance, and advocacy for positive change.
